Broiler chicken growing hall
IPG Steel & Concrete helps develop the Romanian village!
Within a project co-financed and supported by the European Union, IPG Steel & Concrete contributed through earthworks, infrastructure, access platforms, inspection chambers, retaining walls for slopes, to the construction of a broiler chicken growing hall, in Constanta County, Sibioara village. The metal superstructure, sandwich panel enclosures and thermal insulation system were carried out in collaboration with Arcelor Mitall Steel.
- The hall's resistance structure is made of metal frames, columns and beams manufactured from thin cold-rolled profiles. The fastening at the base of the columns was achieved by means of bolt cages anchored into the pedestals of the isolated foundations. A particularly important stage was the perfect alignment of these cages, for the linearity of the superstructure. IPG Steel & Concrete succeeded in this with the help of high-performance equipment, such as the Total Station.
Below are presented stages from the execution process.
Built area: 820 sqm
Usable area: 766 sqm
