Implantology Clinic
IPG Steel & Concrete had the pleasure of fully leading a bold project, carried out in the city of Constanta: the Implantology and Dental Aesthetics Clinic
IPG Steel & Concrete's contribution was 100%: Concept, Design, Execution. Thus, following a detailed analysis regarding the concept, our engineers moved on to the design stage, the results being the following:
Built area: 340 sqm
Usable area: 280 sqm
GF+2F, structure made of reinforced concrete frames . The slabs were designed to act like horizontal diaphragms in order to ensure good cooperation and good behavior of the structure in the event of seismic action. Thus, the slabs above the Ground Floor and 1st Floor are made of reinforced concrete, while the slab above the 2nd Floor was designed as a light slab, made of wood.
The partition walls and perimeter enclosures were made of AAC masonry , and on the exterior a thermal insulation system made of polystyrene was executed
Having reached this stage, all that remained for us was to start the construction works, works presented in a few images.
